An assertively hopped American Pale Ale with citrusy and piney Cascade hops. Subtle malt flavors balance the hop profile and provide a satisfying dry finish.

Hopped up APA with enough malts to have a smooth dry finish. Great reddish copper color. One of my favorites

Taste is a mellowing bitter. Finishes very smooth. Very comparable to a Lord Chesterfield...just not as much bitter palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shiny amber gold color in a shaker. Biscuity aroma. Mild, balanced combination of malt, hops, and bitterness. Well done.

Best by: 07JUL11 A: pours a copper ale with brilliant clarity and two fingers of off white foam. This falls to a sheet of the same with spotty lacing. S: Woody, grainy, lightly hopped with grassy and noble flavors. T: Bitter up front, then nice spicy hop flavors with a balanced and delightful malt profile - caramel, pepper. M: Medium bodied leaning on heavy for the style, moderately hi carb. Lasting wet finish. O: Despite being over a month expired, this beer held up well. I would guess the smell would improve if more proximal to bottle date, but hey, not in my market. Solid beer nonetheless. Serving type: bottle 08-18-2011

Pours a clear pale golden color with a white foamy head. Aroma of minty, piney bright hops. Taste is almost tea-like in it’s flavor where the malt mixes with the spicy bitterness of the hops. Brightly bitter and lightly malted, its a little balanced more to the hoppy side. Good though.

Pours a clear copper with a small off white head and leaves a bit of lace. Piney nose with a mild floral citrus undertone. Slightly thicker body than expected, mildly syrupy. Flavor is well rounded, with some mild sweet caramel up front and a piney battered finish.

Bottles. Pours amber with a nice fluffy white head. Aromas of light pine, caramel, bread, and citrus peel. Heavy malt body for a beer of this abv, but drinks easy. Caramel, toasted malts, and a nice hoppy finish. Nice beer overall and very sessionable.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a clear orange with slightly off white fluffy head with lacing on the sides. Aroma of citrus hops with some pine. Taste is mostly citrus hops but not overly bitter. A nice consistent bitterness throughout. Some mild sweetness balances it out. Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Very good pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a beautiful golden amber with a nice sized white head. Nose is mostly hops and yeast. Very creamy on the palate, the hops dominate the flavor profile. Malted grain also evident with very little bitterness. A very good pale ale that pairs well with sardines on soda crackers.

12 oz. Bottle. Appearance is classic pale ale although a bit lighter hue then i expected. Upon my first few sips i noticed this beer lacked a real flavor profile. Although its an easy drinker, i won’t be returning to this one.
