This is always a favorite at our house. Especially with the missus. They seemed to get the balance of malt and hops just right. Flavorful but also quite drinkable. Well done. Serving: bottle and tap

Solid brew, citrus, resin and just enough malts. Good strong bitter finish really works here

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
A extremely smooth apa that gives a pine and hoppy feel, I was impressed by the aroma of strong hops and citrus, this has to rank close to the top in its respective style

Citrus aroma with a sweet watermelon taffy smell. Citrus taste, not bitter at all. Dry and falls off the tongue. Excellent pale ale.

Bottle into an ale glass. Pour is a nice honey amber with a good head. Aroma is lite but very rich in malt and grasses with a pine back. Taste is warm malt and citrus. Finish is a bitter wash. This is my second great lake?s brewing Co product, so far this is a very good outfit.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours clear light amber with a frothy white head (tinged yellow) that has decent staying power. Aroma grabs you with spicy fruit-hop notes and a touch of malt. Taste drops the fruity pretense and quickly slams you with piney hopcone bitterness. There are some citrus notes and a bed of caramel malts underlying this brew, but dry bitterness is its calling card. Props for being a decent and distinctive pale ale. I prefer Dale's.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
1/5/14 bottle part of a 6 pack given to me by Al D'Angelantonio and drank while watching the Eagles lose to the Saints in the playoffs.
Hazy orange color with a white head that dissipates quickly, lots of hops on the nose for a pale ale. Strong taste of orange along with some zest. Dry, crisp and malty with a bitter hop kick.
