I liked it quite a bit and it grew on me the more I drank. Good stuff. Repeat purchase. Yum.

Nice bready, malty aroma. Copper in color with a nice white head. Leaves nice lacing. Taste is really good, but this particular pale ale is more malty than hoppy. Pretty balanced though. Palate is medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent pale, will get again.

Bottle. Past expiry date, which I didnít notice at the store. Resin and apple aroma. Caramel and raisin taste, with past-their-prime resiny c-hops. Mild bitter finish. Would try again fresh.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Top notch pale ale. Dark copper colored. Bread and malt with a little caramel note in the background in the aroma and taste. A very nice malt backbone without being overly sweet. Decent hop bitterness with some citrus notes. Finishes with taste of pine resin. Lingering bitterness.
Overall itís exceptionally drinkable and flavorful for a pale ale. Iím not a huge fan of the style, preferring more hops, but this is a great beer.

*Old rating. Best before 07/27/12. Very nice and fresh brew. Crisp with lots of floralness, round and intense. Long moderate bitter and very fruity aftertaste. Great!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very tasty. Not one of the more hoppy pale ales, but still balanced between bitter and malt sweet. Super easy drinking.

Poured from s bottle. Pours a clear orange-amber with a thin white ring. Light syrupy texture. Smooth mild citrus. Not harsh nor bitter. Very smooth and refreshing. Enjoyable.

Zero aroma. Little hop taste. Bitter. Very lackluster. Try it at the brewery when you take a tour. Otherwise there is no reason to grab this pale ever over other readily available pale ales...

Very nice pale ale. Had it too long ago for a written review. Ratings are from a single number I gave it some time ago.

I prefer to cook with this vs drink it. Itís got a very bitter profile, which isnít something I tend to gravitate to anyway, but more than that, it just sits on the back of your tongue and annoys your taste buds. As a beer to cook with, though, the hoppiness works in its favor and doesnít overpower whatever meat you use it with.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very pale, very clear thick white lace. Mild hop smell. Rich mouth flavor, lasting palate. Ok, but too strong flavor without the nose.
