Pale yellow. Nose is grassy and lemon zest. Taste is a bitter pilsener nice complimentary low alpha hop profile, piney undertones and German maltiness not intrusive or standout

Sample at GLBC, clear gold color with thin head. Nose is indeed all Noble hop variety. The flavor is true to the German style just more hopped. Light body with a dry texture. Flavor is again nicely hopped with lager yeast and some notes of honey. Easy to drink and may please the lager drinkers. Works well in warm or cold weather. Ok.

Poured out on draft into a sample glass. Pours a translucent copper with a bit white head of foam. The aroma. Has spice and happy bitterness. Taste is mostly bitternews with a sweet body. Overall, the. Bbeer is alright.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Citrus, malt and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is fruity up front with a lightly bitter herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft @ GLBC brewpub, clear straw w/ dense sticky white head, aroma is grainy malt, bready, biscuity malt with a sturdy noble hop backbone, clean itter finish, reminds me of a slightly maltier/richer Noble Pils, quite good

Pint at GLBC on 8/29/11. Clear gold pour with a fluffy white head. Crisp noble hop nose with pale malt and a fuller bready Munich note. Malty Munich flavor with crisp noble hops and sweet malt before a crisp, bitter noble hop finish.

Pint at brewery. Notes of light toasted corn, plastic. Bright herbal cereal. Leaves a herbal burnt plastic note on pallete. Long finish. A floral, herbal, toasted plastic cereal beer. Words don’t sound that great, but loved the somewhat rustic nature to this. Easy drinkin. Good beer.

Yellow in color... Aroma is light and citrusy.... Flavor is light and crisp, slight tart and lemon flavor, like a rattler from Germany (beer and sprite)... Minimal hop finish.. Good beer
