Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear amber brew with white head. Aroma of ginger, cinnamon and a little caramel. Taste is dry, ginger and spice at the start with a little more bitter in the finish and a clean dry astringent end. Average to thin palate. Interesting take on the holiday style and not bad.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. This is a nice, well balanced holiday beer. The spicing is subtle, caramel malts, slight fruitiness. Very nice and easy drinking. I could drink several of these.

Pours a clear deep orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is herbal, malty, cinnamon, spice, brown sugar. Flavor is sweet, cinnamon, warming, herbal. Strangely, I found there to be vegetable-like flavors here. Maybe I’m alone in this one, but I would swear to notes of gourd or green beans. I liked it though. This isn’t a complaint. Nice color. Clean mouth feel. My only curiosity is the strength; not sure this would make a great session ale though I could see people wanting to. Christmas Sessions!

12oz bottle pours a crystal clear dark orange with some creamy white head. Nose is inviting, malty, graham crackers, ginger, brown sugar, some cardamom, a little mulled cider, all spice. Flavor is sweet, malty, crackers, cookies, ginger, nutmeg, all spice. Medium bodied, dry, spicy finish.

On draft at rustico Arlington. Pours a clear amber with an off white head with fine lacing. Spicy aroma. Baking spices and some orange peel. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Aroma of honey, nutmeg, cinammon. Pours mild copper thin off-white head. Mild bitter taste. Medium body, sticky texture, above average carbonation, spice filled finish. OVerall this was ok, flavors worked pretty well together.

Pretty color, nice head. Smells of hops, cinnamon, nutmug, and sweetness. Tastes great. Spice is pronounced with good hop balance. Feels light and refreshing.

Good spice level. Low hops. Cinnamon is pronounced . Balanced and very solid. Would drink again.

Lightly spiced amber here. Smooth and drinkable without going overboard with the spices. Not bad.
