Dark amber almost orange in color with a small white head that disappears quickly. A strong but pleasant citrus aroma. Slightly carbonated so the flavor fills your mouth. Mostly citrus peel flavor yet not too bitter. The bitterness stays in your mouth with no harsh after taste or burning in the throat. Finishes smooth. Not great but not bad. Enjoyable.

Smells like orange and stone fruit. Tastes citrusy, fruity with some floral notes and plenty of sweet malts. Moderately bitter. The first beer I’ve had from the OTHER Great Lakes Brewery

12oz bottle from The Hop Yard in Raleigh. Orange hue, normal clarity with somewhat lasting fizzy off-white head. Okay lacing. Aroma of orange zest, and bold floral hops. Strong orange zest taste up front with more of a lasting floral hop finish. As the beer warms it is floral aroma and taste primarily. Good IPA!!

12oz bottle. Golden color with one finger head. Sweet citrus aroma. Very drinkable, sweet citrus again, not very bitter. I enjoy this kind of IPA.

Unseen from bottle but candled with no particulate and seems clear. I concur with the dry fruity aftertaste. Most enjoyable. $9.99/multi sixer at Binny?s in Forest Park IL

Bottle. Pours clear copper orange with a thin white head. Aroma is slight orange and caramel. Medium carbonation and body. Sweet flavor with hints of orange, balanced by a moderate amount of bitterness. Easy drinking and enjoyable IPA.

Draft pour pint at the Jet Rock in Philly. First beer of my first real vacation of my adult life, so naturally this is a fun beer. Pours a clear copper color with a swirling head. Not the IPA I?m used to back home, that?s for sure, but good beer is good beer. Earthy hops aroma and flavor with an almost spicy finish. Lingering English bitter ale finish. Interesting.

Sweet honeydew melon aroma with a floral hops scent complementing it. Taste is similar to the smell: sweet honeydew melon, floral hops, a bit of an oaky bitter finish.

BBD 3/22/15. Clear light amber golden pour. Normal head volume and retention, outstanding lacing. Light nose of citrus (orange, tangerine) hops over a light caramel coupled with a hint of herbal hops. Light medium body, barely, with a smooth texture. Superb carbonation with effervescence from the middle on and prickly finish. The flavor profile is intense, complex and fairly balanced. The 7.5% alcohol is not completely covered. It begins with the citrus flavors with the balanced skewed to tangerine. A significant bitterness emerges in the middle over a balancing biscuit / caramel sweetness. As the bitterness begins to fade, a peppery alcohol note emerges and takes center stage. The finish is a slow fade of the bitterness and alcohol.
