| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2009 Amber gold with a large, frothy off-white head. Citric and grassy aroma, notes of peaches, dried apricot and grapefruit with a little wet hay. Bittersweet flavor, apricot flavors really pop, with vanilla cookie and nectarine highlights. Fruity sweet finish. Really solid IPA. Iceman82 (26), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 30, 2009 From the bottle...Binny’s in Naperville. Pours a light amber color, nice large head....medium lacing. Aromas of citrusy hops similiar to most American IPA’s. Tastes of grapefruit, pine. Not much maltiness at all. Well-hopped with a very druing bitterness. Good. donteatpoop (124), Youngstown, Ohio, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 29, 2009 I was very pleased with this.
Clear light amber color, thick white head and good lacing effect.
Smells like... Holy hops, batman.
Despite the hop heavy taste, the bitterness is not over bearing. Great IPA, and normally I’m not too fond of IPAs.
Decent body, no unpleasant aftertaste; very well balanced beer.
Very drinkable. I can see myself tipping quite a few of these back in a sitting. yobdoog (1431), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
