Sep 1, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, brief head. Concentrated lychee and grapefruit aroma. Mid- sweet with medium-full body biult up br doughy rounded malt and covered with perfumy hops. Very pleasant aromatic malty IPA.

Bright copper color; generous creamy head.
Delicate aroma, mixing cookies, cereals, grass, fruity hops, spices; complex, original and stimulating.
Medium body strength, the mouthfeel is very smooth; there is a strong caramel and toffee flavor with the perfect balance of hops (indeed strong) and sweetness (just the required amount); the hops have a light citrusy side.
The final is very long, with toffee and a biscuity hop character.
A wonderful beer, that hits with the strength of the hops and seduces with the harmony and complexity of the potion.

May 11, 2007 (12oz bottle, thanks Drew) Large and beautiful off-white head atop a crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, apple. Taste is medium sweet, floral/pine, some fruity. Dry finish. Medium body, some resin. Alcohol not noticeable.

Jul 17, 2006 12oz bottle labeled Sep 26/06. Poured medium and see through golden color with a large sized white head. Aromas of citrus, spicey, and I’m getting a yestiness out of it. Tastes of grapefruit, oranges, and pine. Definitely hops here. Medium alcohol in the finish (a little too hot).
