Poured to a golden orange, with medium white head that lingered well into the drink, and left good lacing up and down the glass. Aroma was immediately strong grassy hops, whcih set up well for the tingly bitter mouthfeel to follow. At mid-glass, the 7.5 abv made itself more known, blending perfectly with the hoppy-grassy flavor. This all led to a very pleasant bitter-dry finish.
Way to go on this one GL!!! doboy (206), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Smells hoppy and citric and tastes the same. Orange peels, lemons, and naturally hops galore. Seems to mask the 7.5 % alcohol well. It also seems fittingly carbonated. It smelled uniquely delightful--very flowery. Tasted very hoppy but not very bitter--finished smooth and was very drinkable. This is a great one and I really enjoyed it! Smells of citrus, very fragrant indeed. Flavor is really crisp and smooth and the hop shine thru vibrantly, keeping it true to the style. All in all this is a very enjoyable beer hoplover (166), Corpus Christi, Texas, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 27, 2008 I realy enjoyed this one. It pours a light pale amber color with a small white head the stays and leave little lacing. The aroma is of grapefruit, pine, hop resin, and toffee. THe flavor has a good malt foundation but the grapefruit and pine really comes through well. And a dry bitterness lingers.
