Pours clear gold with a 2 finger, frothy, off white head. Aroma is pretty big on citrus, a little pine and a hint of grass and sweet floral, hops-wise, some biscuit, caramel cereal and mineral notes, round it out. Tastes come up very piney at first, with some biscuit, caramel and herbal hops for a second, then comes the blood orange citrus, sweet fruity esters, toast and nice floral honey and fruity esters to the finish. Medium body, creamy to slightly oily feel, moderate, slightly sharp carbonation and off dry, ever so slightly slick finish. Solid IPA.

Bottle at beastcraft BBQ and craft beer in Belleville. Very slight aroma but pours out a nice looking light Amber color. Tastes smooth and refreshing with a very manageable hop bite that lasts well into the aftertaste. Excellent palate, very drinkable. I've never had a Great Lakes beer before, based on this I would give them another try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle courtesy of my man, Minh - at Lillian’s first birthday party! Assertive bitterness with not too much palatable hop flavors. Lots of sweet malt, grains and spice. Somewhat generic overall - or maybe just stale.
