Commercial Description:
This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between malt and hops in the aroma, palate, finish and body. It has more body and less hops than a Pilsner, and less malt and more hops than a Munich style lager. 30 IBU.

Tangy, with hoppy aroma. Medium gold, clingy thin head. Lightly sweet, well-bittered, with west coast hops. Crackery. Finishes bitter and resurgent. Like a golden APA.

On tap at brewery. Golden in color with a white head. Malt aroma. Great tasting beer with a little sweetness too it. Great balance between hops and malt.

Bottle. Pours light copper with white head that last. Brilliant clarity. Aroma is dominated by malty sweetness, but noble hops are definitely there. Malty sweetness upfront, but balances nicely with the hops. Bitterness lingers into the finish. Overall, this beer hits the style dead on. It’s a lighter beer style, but has enough going on in it to quench your thirst. Very nice beer.

Good golden yellow color, small white head. The aroma is decent, a nice mix of hops and malts. The flavor is a good hop start, that ends with a clean malty finish, easy to drink. pretty good.

12 oz bottle. Dark golden yellow body with a small white head. I thought the aroma as awful, reminded me of a frat basement on Sunday morning. The flavor, however, wasn’t bad at all. A touch of hop bite, a touch of malty sweetness. Nothing outstanding, but a drinkable beer.

Full bodied golden color. German malty aroma. This beer is all about good balance. Dry hay and a light carmal malt. I enjoy my beer with more hops. This one doesn’t excite my tastes much.

Pours clear golden / amber with a white frothy head. Aroma is crisp, yet creamy, lightly roasted malt. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some richness and medium carbonation. Starts with rich malts with a small amount of caramel and a bit of spiciness. The spice picks up as it goes along and merges with the dry hoppiness of the finish. The malt becomes a dry caramel as it goes along. A nice beer.
