3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Archer Liquors. Light copper color with a transient, temporarily impressive off-white head. Aromas of pale malt and saaz? hop. Near medium body with fizzy/frothy carbonation. Flavor is amazingly bitter, almost overpowering the light malt. Comes a bit bready, but finishes nicely bitter and fairly dry. 30 IBU seems a good number.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAY 29, 2006 (draft, 5/27/06) Clear apple juice body topped by a white head. Aroma is medium sweet, peach. Taste is medium sweet, peach, some earthy, light spice. Light-medium body, light stickiness. (6/3/8/4/15)
(12oz bottle, 1/24/05) Clear amber body with white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, bread, caramel, apple. Taste is moderately sweet, bread, some apple, light bitterness (grassy/earthy). Light-medium body, some crispness. I was not sure how to rate this -- it seems to have all the characteristics of a very good brew, but for some reason it did not much appeal to me. (6/3/6/3/12)
