GABF 2007. A brown beer with a thin tan head - too light in color for a porter. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of chocolate and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chocolate as well as lighter notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry bitter chocolaty finish. It has a nice body.

Draugh at Churchkey. Opaque black with a large beige head that disappears quickly and leaves great lacing. Aroma of chocolate and roasted coffee. Taste begins with sweetness then turns slightly bitter and dry, and finally a finish of port wine. Interesting and complex.
