650 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a clear amber, then cloudy when the yeast is poured in. White thinnish head. Pouring in the yeast gives this a serious flavour boost. On the nose I get sweet herbal notes with some funkiness, apples and pears. Same goes for the taste. I get the cider juicy/sweetness balanced will with the yeasty esters. Slightly tart finish. These guys should to more collaborations. June 2014 bottling.

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Light wheaty base, with lemony citrus, apple, some faint musty acidity, and some faint fruity sweetness. Pretty good.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2014 A bomber from the LCBO. Pours a semi-transparent straw colour. Very thin white head rapidly dissipating. Aromas are of light citrus and white wine. Tastes are peach, pineapple and more white wine. Overall, having been aged in cider barrels, they’ve had a positive effect on this one, making it a kind of marriage between beer and white wine. Quite delicious and very drinkable.

Bottle (650 ml). From Marcus, thanks! Almost clear golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is quite interesting with a nice cider presence, grains, nice frutiness and light spiciness. Taste is quite fruity with a nice cider presence, grains and light spiciness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Quite tasty and easy drinking. The Cider really add a nice layer of complexity.

Draft - Sweet fruity esters. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet fruity esters with some residual sugars. Not a big fan.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light spicy yeast and the cider barrel notes are subtle but still distinguishable. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes and some cider barrel notes are also distinguishable. Body is about a average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable if maybe a tad too sweet for the style.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very farmhousey, with brett and traditional saison yeast. Flavour brings out very complex yeasts, light funk, and a little floral notes. Highly complex and yeasty in the best way possible. Elegant Canadian saison.

Bottle thanks to wilco, thanks a lot sir! Pours an almost clear golden with a thin white head that leaves OK lacing. Nose is fruity, floral and a little vinous. Taste is dry and not really bitter (or at least minimally so). Flavors are fruity again with some nice doughy/grainy presence. It is also spicy like any good saison. It is not quite tart but it is a little acid and cidery. Body is almost medium and carbonation quite sustained but not "botheringly" so, just makes it a lot more drinkable. Mouthfeel is juicy. Color me impressed overall, I expected it to be a whole lot weirder and it is in fact really nice and juicy!
