Very yeasty-- served with an orange wedge that compliments the citrus flavor. blankboy (3201), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 19, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy, very bubbly, pale yellow-gold with lots of little floaties and a huge lasting white head. Aroma of yeast, lemons & oranges, spices, candy and sweet malt. Flavour’s pretty much the same: Yeasty, citrusy, spicy, slightly sweet and with a light bitter finish. Average bodied. Good version of the style and easy to drink. 17thfloor (1453), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Typical wit pour, however a little more opaque. Lovely aroma...orange, wheat and ..hops??? Those IBU’s really give it a distinct character. Lots of spice in the finish..peppery..can get slightly annoying. Fuller body for a wit. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 24, 2007 This Whitbier poured a cloudy yellow colour with not to much of a foamy head ever after a vigorous pour. Scents of pineapple, yeasty dough, spice and maybe a slight hint of...vineger??? First taste was bold with flavours of spice, apples and some ripe fruit and hop. The finish was slightly bitter with spices lingering. Palate was the same with those libngering hops. hellbilly (1515), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 8, 2007 Bottle. Pours a tiny white head. Very clear in the glass, nice lacing. Fruity aroma. Left an oily feel on my palate. My least favorite so far from Great Lakes, but my father-in-law loves it.
