Aug 29, 2007 Pale yellow with decent white head / Lemon and fresh bread nose / Light, creamy malt body with good finish / Forward flavor of lemon peel with undertones of oranges, coriander, and cloves / The bright lemon makes this one delicious and distinct.

Aug 26, 2007 350 ml bottle mail order from Archer liquors. Mildly spicy aroma. Slight orange taste with a dominant chamomile/ herbal tea taste. It’s certainly unique, but I’m not sure if it works.

Aug 25, 2007 I really like this one. Its refreshing, easy to drink. It has nice notes of spice and fruits. Perhaps corriander or clove. Great on a warm summer day.

Aug 24, 2007 12oz bottle, courtesy of crizay and Degarth. Thanks gents. Pours a hazy lemon orange colored body with a fast receding white head. Spotty lacing on the glass. On the nose we have ripe oranges, sweet bread dough, black pepper, lemon zest and wheat. Smells very "juicy". Tastes like summer, oranges, flowers, pepper, lemons and wheat. The flavor is a bit muted compared to the wonderful aroma, which is a shame. Palate is thin but not watery, heavily astringent. Finish is crisp and tart, then fades into a pleasant wheat taste. Good witbier!

Aug 23, 2007 Pours a medium cloudy gold with a white foamy head, aroma of pepper, coriander, some wheat, pilsner malt and malt sweetness, pilsner malt bread fragrances, touch of grapefruit and orange fragrances, faint smoke phenols are laced through out, taste of wheat and pilsner malt with a citrus tart bite, touch of salt sourness in the mouth, finishes dry, this Wit appears to have more pilsner malt fragrance and flavor then some of the others and I found it to be complementary to the drink.

Aug 23, 2007 Bottle; poured a pale gold/yellow with smallish white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, clove, citrus. Taste was ok; heavy on herbs and spices. Enjoyable, but not a great beer.
