Light taste, very smooth in the mouth... just the right amount of carbonation. Not my style, but good. DrHomolka (728), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 16/20 | Aug 20, 2007 12oz bottle. Best by 1/08. Pours pale, clear yellow until the yeast at the bottom clouds everything up. A nice fluffy white head sits on top and leaves plentiful lace. Aroma is more Hefeweizen than Witbier. Wheat, clove, sweet sugar, banana, fruity citrus. Really nice smell on this. Taste is crisp, light, banana, lemony. Flavor is not quite as good as aroma. A wee bit watery. Thirst quenching and incredibly easy to drink. Alcohol hidden very well. I could see myself drinking a dozen of these no problem. Petrucci914 (578), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 18, 2007 Pours a pale yellow and particles are visible and abundant. Aroma is floral and spice. The taste is much like it smells, very citrusy and dandelion-like. Best I’ve had in this style. Juelze (895), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 17, 2007 Pours a pale yellow color with light bubbly white head and fine particles floating about.. Aroma is very floral with notes of citrus, coriander, wheat and various other spices. Taste is very herbaceuous with good amounts of citrus and spice. Refreshing and leaves you with a very clean and happy palate. Very well done witbier. BeerBlitz (49), Roslyn, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 12, 2007 12 oz bottle poured into a standard pint glass. Thick foamy pure white head, which leaves some pretty nice lacing. Aroma was not as heavy as claimed in the commercial description, but it definitely was spicy and flowery. Color is pale gold and slightly hazy. Taste is very bright with wheat, citrus, and spice. A little better than most domestic witbiers, and very refreshing. awwshiz (76), USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 8, 2007 Bottle courtesy of my friend Alan. Pretty cloudy gold pour. Small white head. Nose is a by the number witbier - spices, wheat, yeast, citrus notes and some sweet malt. Taste is pretty typical as well but god damn, it refreshed the hell out of me on a 90+ degree August evening. More wheat, yeast there but not dominant, lemony tartness, peppery spices and candied fruit. Body light and bubbly. Very welcome, indeed. Finishes with more spices, wheat and yeast melded into a fruit buffet. Nice! michael-pollack (2650), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 4, 2007 12oz. Bottle: Aroma of lots of black pepper, funk, spices, and musk. Poured golden/straw color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Cloudy. Full of tiny particles. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of lots of black pepper, flowers, fresh cut grass, lemon, wheat, and spices. Light body. Tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Peppery wheat finish. Overall, an overly peppered wheat beer.
