A nice cloudy pour. Spices are a bit too much and take away from flavor. Some light peachy fruity essence.

Pale yellow saturated with floaties akin to hot tap water into a glass and a soapy white head. Aroma is very herbal, that chamomile takes over. Behind it are coriander, yeast and malt. Taste of coriander, bitter fruit peel and coriander. Finishes up with a dryness that spreads throughout the mouth. Just to darned herbal to be enjoyable. Interesting? Sure – but beer shouldn’t remind me of hand lotion as this one did.

Bottle. A cloudy pale orange color pour with a thick fluffy white head that lasted quite a while. Pleasent Belgian yeasty aromas of banana, light pepper & coriander spice, maybe some candi sugar aromas.Flavor has all of the same characteristics of the aroma but is stronger on the coriander and has some orange peel in there as well, nice wheaty malt backbone, light hoppy bitterness is noticable in the end. The feel is light and well carbonated, flavor is quite balanced. This is a darn good brew, too bad they have retired it.

This was a very solid Witbier. Had a pretty good citrusy hop flavor and aroma. I don’t think I have ever had chamomile in a beer before, but it definitely worked for the better.

Wasn’t really a fan of this one. The spices seemed to be a bit overwhelming. Was not as refreshing as I thought it might be.

12 oz bottle, from Premier Gourmet. Pours bright, golden in colour, decent white head, which leaves decent lacing. Sweet, hoppy aroma. Flavour is great - sweet, floral, hoppy. Like a ’mini-Belgian’. Really enjoyable.
