Mar 21, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s. Pours hazt pale golden with a large white head. Aroma of spices, lemon, and has a floral presence. The flavor is lite, slightly sweet, citrus, lemon, and spices. Good brew.

Mar 4, 2007 slightly cloudy light gold, thin head. Nose is coriander, yeast, light toasty malt & clove. Flavor is appley yeast, clove, coriander. Coriander finish.

Mar 2, 2007 12 oz bottle from Trooper11. Lightly hazy yellow with a big white head. Nose has lots of coriander, wheat, lemon, some floral notes. Lots of carbonation bubbles rocket to the top of my glass. Lovely lace rings. Flavors are more of the same atop a satin body, thicker than usual for a wit. Very good - stole some of the wife’s Hoegaarden while I sampled this, and while the flavors are almost identical, the GL body is slightly thicker, which I feel adds something to this beer - something I like.

Feb 25, 2007 upon pour, beer appeared clear. then, out of the 1 inch head that developed, a strange haze slowly trickeled down the glass. I have never seen this, but yet curious. Citrus on the nose, clean taste, not as smooth as expected. Average spring beer.

Feb 24, 2007 boTTle...everyone who thinks these guys do a great job rise your hands...Fruity nose -- banana, light citrus. Looks like a very light, opaque apple juice. Taste is very refreshing and spicy. Residual hop bitterness. Head almost toally diminished after a minute or two. Nice & refreshing. not there best but vv nice...Holy moses!!!

Feb 21, 2007 Updated: Mar 3, 2007Pours opaque Yellow/Gold with moderate white head. Floral aroma. Sweet at first with herb fruit finish. Good mouthfeel. Not a big fan of whites, but a good job yet again by Great Lakes.
