Nov 28, 2006 Thin head which dissipates quickly. Minimal carbonation. Grassy and yeasty aroma with a good helping of spices. Maybe a litle corn and composting grass. Color is a cloudy gold with plenty of chunky floaters. Spicy and yeasty again. A little corn and wheat. Kind of sweet and a little thick for a belgian wit. Finish is a little sickly sweet. Not a very good witbier.

Nov 25, 2006 Bottle BB Feb ’07. Poured a dirty, hazy medium golden with a short cap of white head and some lacing. Nose was all spiced up with lemon and orange zest, coriander, and fresh flower petals.. this just smelled refreshing. Flavor had a steadily-building spiciness that became heavy and slightly-cloying at the finish... citrus zest was tart throughout and refreshing. Rather smooth across the middle of the palate with tart and tangy offshoots.. very tart on the finish. Decent brew.. good for the style.

Nov 17, 2006 12 ounce bottle from GrbDg. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a snowy white head. Some lace. The aromas of oranges, lemons, and spices. Same with the flavor with some wheaty adjunct charater. Kind of fluffy on the palate with fizzy carbonation. Not bad, but not really all that good.

Nov 3, 2006 Pretty nice, light wheat beer. Very easy to drink. Light yellow color with some particulate. White head that coats the inside of the glass as you drink it. Some citrus but not overly so. I really liked this.

Oct 23, 2006 Pours a hazy yellow with white head. The aroma is light, lemony and a touch of coriander. The flavor has a watery wheat flavor, citrusey, lemon suggestions and a slight spicyness (coriander?). An average wheat beer.

Oct 22, 2006 From a 12 ounce bottle, purchased at "Keller’s IGS" ... A fine white beer, but the allspice flavor is a bit overpowering. But hey, it’s a spice-type beer, okay?

Oct 20, 2006 Bottle. Lightly musty and fruity (peach and ripe banana) aroma - very nice. Lightly cloudy orange-yellow with small head. Flat taste up front - stale wheat and bananas with a moderately acidic metallic finish. The aroma showed so much promise but the flavor was a letdown especially with the metallic taste.
