phishpond417 (1861), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Aug 7, 2008 Pours a cloudy hazy golden colour with plenty of wheat. Citrusy and creamy on the palate, coriander seed, oranges and clean refreshing tropical fruit flavors. Aroma is pleasent but a little weak. estoppel (1028), Buffalo, New York, USA Jul 31, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Cloudy golden body, yeasty nose with citrus and coriander (and perhaps chamomile as well). Good example of style, with a yeasty body. Ryan82SM (231), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Jul 30, 2008 Shared a bottle with my wife’s aunt at my son’s first birthday. Really, I didn’t think this beer had much flavor at all, even though I tasted it several times with a clean palate. Refreshing, yes, but so is Bud Light, and I can’t stand that stuff. I was bored. MoDog (909), Griffith, Indiana, USA Jul 30, 2008 On tap at Flossmoor Station and served in a shaker. This beer poured a cloudy yellow with a thin head of off-white foam that quickly faded away. Not much lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of light citrus, orange peel, wheat, and a light spiciness. The flavor included sweet wheat and citrus with a delicate spice. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with light carbonation. Not amazing, but a good, drinkable wheat. Arnie (272), Chicagoland, IL, Illinois, USA Jul 28, 2008 On tap in a sampler at GLB in Cleveland. Smooth, opaque straw yellow, with light clove and coriander on the nose and strong coriander flavor. Hints of the flavort as described by GLB. A remarkably good White Ale. fidel (884), Livermore, California, USA Jul 27, 2008 Updated: Sep 6, 2008Thanks aspidites. Cloudy yellow, Banana, spice, little citrus, slight grain, bit of funk, orange peel. AgentSteve (1334), SF Bay Area, California, USA Jul 27, 2008 Bottle share by aspidites, pours hazy bright yellow. Banana clove in the nose with a bit of funk, also in the flavor. Solid Belgian wit with a bit of an orange peel finish. AllAboutStout (605), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jul 26, 2008 Pours a cloudy light gold in color. Frothy ring of head settles around the perimeter of the glass. Initial smell is yeast and spice. There’s a lot more spice in the flavor. Some bittering hops and sharp spices. Not a whole lot of fruit flavor, but some floral notes are present. A little thin in mouthfeel, but it’s refreshing and clean.
