4 oz pour on draft at Rustico Alexandria for the Great Lakes Tap Takeover. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of malt, citrus fruit and peel. Tastes of malt, citrus, herbs. Light body with a dry finish.

Coriander nose with some shitty hay notes. Cloudy golden, full of fine floaties, thin head. Coriander, beany. Creamy finish, flavor not texture. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Not a super traditional wit, and at first I didnít like it, but itís actually fairly enjoyable.

Bottle pour. Different than the old recipe. More solid now, full bodied and not too fruity. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An unfiltered gold, thin head. Yeasty, citrus aromas. Bready, Belgian yeast, lemon, honey, wheat. A bit too sweet for my palate, but I can see why some people might love it.

Pours a slightly hazy light gold. White head and lace. Good carbonation with bubble streams raising from the bottom of glass. Aroma of yeast, lemon, clove and spice. Taste is the same with a bit of sour in the finish.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a bright yellow gold with a small foamy white head. Some clingy lace. Yeasty, mineral malt nose has hints of lemon and coriander. Fresh citrus maltiness upfront, with a yeasty farmhouse character. Bready notes with citrus hops. True to the Belgian wit style, but with a bit more body.

12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, best before 8/8/2015. Pours hazy bright golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that linger. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, banana, clove, coriander, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, banana, clove, coriander, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Minimal herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, banana, clove, coriander, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent witbier style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
