Much too sweet for my liking a hard layer of glop stuck to the bottom of the the bottle. The herbalspice flavor was unmemorable. Why bother?

poured hazy yellow out of the bottle. Aroma was soapy with yeast and sweet banana. Taste is yeast, sweet wheat and medicinal bitterness on the end. Not a bad example of the style.

Very light colored Wit. Somewhat cloudy.Good white head does not last. At first strong corriander/curaco smells. After a few whiffs some malt and hops are discernable. Mouthfeel is pleasently fizzy.Medium body is a good suprise. Decent malt/wheat/yeast flavors with a spicy, lightly hoppy finish.Very pleasing.

Aspires to be hoegarden, but falls a fair amount short. Pale fizzy appearnace with a fair amount of sediment. Lightly fruity yeasty aroma. Falvor is lightly bitter with tones of clove, coriander, citrus fruit and especialy yeast. Decent but unremarkable.

Poured from bottle. Herb and spice in aroma. Persistent white head, cloudy gold. Very good spice mix with the malts. Banana, pepper and vanilla notes. Very drinkable. Spicy finish. One of the better American made Belgian whites

Bottle. Pours a hazy light golden color with a medium size white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon, and a hint of hops. Crisp taste of citrus, wheat and slightly malty. Has a lemony dry finiish.

Nice hazy gold with lots of orange peel and coriander. Spicy and malty, this somewhat sweet malty beer is refreshing but not overpoweringly complex and interesting. Good but not great.

Poured a very hazy, bright yellow. Aroma is muted, but there are some pepper, citrus and grainy notes. I don’t get much of the chamomile. Flavor is more of the same. Not my thing.
