aarossell (151), Grandville, Michigan, USA Oct 5, 2006 Not too bad. Nice citrus and chamomile / coriander spiciness. Very pale color...a bit musty. (from the bottle) Certainly not bad. I can enjoy it, but there’s not much special about it.
jimmack34 (160), Ohio, USA Nov 18, 2008 bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with soft foamy head. Smells citrusy, maybe a little more like lemon than orange, with hints of spice and kind of grainy. Tastes of maly wheat, grains, spice, floral, and some citrus. Balances out some by a little hops. Very good beer. masonjer (483), Holt, Michigan, USA Oct 27, 2008 poured hazy yellow out of the bottle. Aroma was soapy with yeast and sweet banana. Taste is yeast, sweet wheat and medicinal bitterness on the end. Not a bad example of the style. noncaloric (197), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Oct 25, 2008 Aroma isn’t that strong, but has a nice yeasty funk with lemon zest and grassy hops around the edges. Pale straw-yellow pour, curtains of sediment falling while a big white head blooms and fades to leave abundant lace. Flavor is also yeasty, other components are there, but well harmonized with the yeast, raw sugar, gumball, apple cider. A little peppery warmth on the palate, but otherwise thin, but still a really nice wit. Rciesla (1136), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 22, 2008 Draft at GL. Pours a golden yellow body with a fluffy white head. Fruity esters of banana, bubblegum, and apple. Some light floral hops with wheat and oats to finish. wheelz843 (120), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Oct 9, 2008 bottle. pours a straw yellow with thin white head. ha a very smooth wheat taste with a very nice finish. probably the best ale ive had..... so far.
