minch25 (174), Columbus, Ohio, USA Mar 30, 2008 Clear straw yellow beer. Hay-like flavor, orange peel, coriander, light, dry and refreshing. I liked this actually.
joekinty (200), rockledge, Florida, USA Sep 5, 2008 not too shabby could be better holy moses split the sea and this beer commemerates that shame on you HighlanderOne (456), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA Aug 23, 2008 Poured from bottle. Herb and spice in aroma. Persistent white head, cloudy gold. Very good spice mix with the malts. Banana, pepper and vanilla notes. Very drinkable. Spicy finish. One of the better American made Belgian whites beer_chugger (44), Colorado, USA Aug 23, 2008 Pours a very pale yellow color. A little head forms and some lacing as well. A rather attractive beer I must say. The spices are most definitely notable. The coriander is perhaps the most noticeable of the spices. Chamomile is present as well. This beer is brewed well, but I’m just over the whole Belgian White Ale taste. Too much spice for me. (I have tried not to let my prejudice show in my rating.) sleestak (68), Williamston, Michigan, USA Aug 20, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours like liquid sunshine with a lovely white cap of lacy foam. Smell is Wit 101 with grass, spice and citrus. Flavor, however, demonstrates nothing to separate it from its brethren. Notes of orange and spice, but there’s something medicine-y in the finish that detracts from the experience. Decent enough, but doesn’t live up to the other fine beers in the GLBC brewing portfolio. grimreeser (687), Minnesota, USA Aug 20, 2008 Pours a Cloudy light gold with a decent head. Aroma of citrus, spicy, wheat. Solid flavor.
