Aroma of oranges, coriander and clove. Doesn’t have the banana aroma I remember from when they used to bottle it. Orange peel flavor with Belgian yeast and coriander. A bit thin, but otherwise much better than I remember. drowland (1445), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 31, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours golden in color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is wheat, spicy, floral, and herbal. The flavor is wheat cereal with splashes of citrus, corriander, and herbal leafy hops. Medium bodied and an interesting example of the style. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 18, 2009 Enjoyed via 12 oz bottle in a pub glass. Pours a hazy light yellow, with a cloud-white head. Aromas of spices (coriander and citrusy orange) come through in the nose, but not nearly to the extent of examples such as Hoegaarden. It is relatively simple and straightforward on the palate - malt up front, with hints of the aforementioned aromas as flavors on the back end. Overall, a solid, if simple, example of the style.
