12oz bottle from Dough77...Thanks Tim! Pours a dark copper color with a slight white head. Nose of berries and hops, some light apricot and some bread. Taste is very bitter and very hoppy. light bread here as well, with a nice bit of sweet caramel malt thrown in.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hard to pick out specifics in the aroma. Some hops and citrus. Fairly smooth but the end is pretty bitter. some grassy notes. For the style, not a bad brew I guess...but I don’t care for it all that much.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured copper/golden with a thick white head. Good retention. Smell like citrus, graitfruit, caramel, courant and orange. Taste was the same. A little bitter at times but on the whole quite smooth. Good bready taste as it went down. Palate was hoppy with good sweetness. Another solid offering from this good brewery.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear, reddish copper appearance with a fairly large, long lasting head and good lacing. Flowery, citrusy Cascade hope aroma along with a hint of toffee from the malts. Full bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Taste started out well hopped and was balanced by caramel malts. Lingering, fairly dry finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear orange with reddish hue and very thin ringing head. Pleasant aroma that’s hard to pinpoint, but can pick out some hops and sweet citrus. Flavor of light hops, orange, grapefruit, caramel. Creamy sticky palate.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Rileys in Madison. I was quite surprised as I thought this was a lower ABV as it was well masked. More of Caramel candy bar with a bitter finish. The hops didn’t take on the sweetness allowing this some complexity.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle... Clear, amber ale with orange highlights. Small, creamy, off-white head. Good retention. Citrusy, fruity aroma with a very slight pine undertone. Moderately bitter, grapefruit flavor with a solid, caramel / malt backbone. Full-bodied and ultra creamy with medium carbonation. Finishes dry and grassy. Great brew! Thanks to scraff for the bottle.

4.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Yum! I’ve had Nosferatu both on tap and out of bottle, and my position hasn’t changed. An excellent strong ale, very hoppy and pleasant to drink. The 8% ABV certainly doesn’t hurt either.

Pours copper with a thin white head. It has a hoppy floral aroma and flavors of malts, hops, caramel, and fruits.
Very well balanced with a crisp finish.
An excellent American Strong Ale.
