Draft at the Irish Pol. Dark brown pour with soapy/frothy khaki foam. Dark roasty malts. Burnt cedar. Semi-sweet chocolate. Cold coffee. Nut shells. Molasses. Charcoal. Hitting some of the right notes but lacking in character. Body feels too watery. Easy drinking enough but unexciting.

Drank out of a frosty pint poured from a twelve ounce bottle at Nono’s in Moosic, Pa. Pours black with a bit of light brown head. Smells sweet, has some bitterness, a bit too toasted for my liking.
