[4725-20120818] Bottle. Light bathroom applesauce malt aroma. Slightly hazy, dark brown body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Lightly soured grainy malt flavour. Medium body. Interesting to sample. (7/3/6/3/14) 3.3

March 21, 2012 with blankboy and garthicus. Bomber c/o blankboy. Deep reddish brown, clear, had a minimal frothy tan head. Aroma - standard brune, a bit herbal; light caramel roast, muted yeast, not much spice, a little floral and not much alcohol (7-). Taste - better, caramel and anise, less floral bitterness, mostly mildly sweet, hardly any alcohol. Slick, weakly carbonated, a bit dry, finishes lightning quick, starts out sweet and finishes light, like dried wildflowers. Ehhh.

2012-08-18. Dark red-brown body with a nice beige head. 3+ Aroma of dry malt, sugars, sort of a tangy quality to the malt. 6+ Flavour has similar dry malt character, sort of dusty/toasty accents that are not entirely to my tastes, sweeter malt follows, dry dusty character lingers in the finish. 6+ Average palate is very smooth. Bit odd overall, perhaps I waited too long to drink it, but its relatively young. Bottle, Campground Brewdown 2012, our bottle from the brewery

My bottle [660ml] shared with garthicus & HogTownHarry. March 21. Pours a deep reddish-brown with a small diminishing frothy white head. Sweet fruity aroma along with caramel malt and yeast. Flavour of Belgian yeast, also sweet and fruity and with a touch of alcohol. medium bodied. Pretty good, not great -- just good.

Thanks to Blankboy. Appearance: Dark brown, small off white head. Aroma: Yeasty, cloves, malt, a little booze. Flavour: Malty, a hint of chocolate, good amount of yeast, a little spicy, fairly sweet, long sweet finish.
