Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a light tan head. The smell is spicy, sweet malt, citrus, grain. The taste is malty, sweet, spicy, citrus dry and slightly bitter. The body is medium, silky fine carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange-copper body with a small one finger tight bubbled beige head. The nose is really spicy with the rye, backed up by a hefty citrusy hoppiness and minimal malt. If smells pretty delicious. The flavor is plenty spicy from the rye, big there’s an overly heavy caramel sweetness below it that’s a bit of a turn off for me. Finishes pretty nice, with a bright and bitter hop bite. Medium bodied and fizzy with a lingering finish. Decent stuff, but a little too sweet.

This is alright but not very ryey. Not my favorite rye beer but it’s still pretty good. That’s all there is to say really.

Clear orangish-golden body with thin white head. Some lacing. Massive juicy citrus aromas with melon and fresh grass scents. Tastes of grapefruit, ripe peach, tangerine, and prickly pepper notes. The rye malts perfectly balance the abundant hops producing a mellow smooth finish.

Drank at room temperature. Big juicy orange and flower aroma. Taste has notes of orange peel, pepper, grapefruit, caramel. Long bitter finish with fruit lingering.

Grass and soil nose, not strong. Cloudy copper, full of fine floaties, medium yellow head, nice glass adherence. Sweet curacao, malt. Orange peel finish. Medium body, easy carbonation, warm. Good bitterness, but unusually sweet on the front end.

12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a nice large white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma and taste is citrus hops, spicy rye, malt, caramel, and wheat. Strong malty backbone balances well with the citrus hops and rye. Tastes more like an IIPA. Medium body, sticky texture, high carbonation. Nice long malty finish. Really good.

Pours golden orange with small head. Smells hops. Mouthfeel is medium thick with light carbonation. Tastes hops and pines and of course particular dry bitterness of rye. What is little disappointing is more than hint of malt. But overall a good IPA. Summer IPA!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Great rye ipa. Hops and rye makes this one all that it is. Good looking and great tasting. Enjoy!
