Bottle. Nice golden pour with decent amount of white fluffy head. Love the hoppy citrus aroma. Nice fruity citrus flavor with definite rye at the end. Love this one.

Clear amber with off white head. Grapefruit and herb on the nose. Taste is grapefruit and bitter hops with an underlying rye bite. Very good beer. Would like to have again, but canít see having more than one in a setting.

Had this on draft and Galloway Arms. Dark orange clear pour with sticky white head. Potent hoppy and grapefruit aroma. Earthy malty bitter and hoppy. Carmel and nutty notes. A lot going on with this. Good

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - thanks AWLCordell! Pours clear orange with a quite large pillowy orange-tan head and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, passionfruit. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter, touch of spiciness from the rye on the finish. Bitterness grows throughout increasing in the finish and lingering to the far finish. Light to medium body, oily mouthfeel.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
This is a big, ole sticky IPA and even thought itís "only" 7.5% alcohol, it could probably pass as a IIPA in most circles. It has pine and tropical fruit notes in the nose and a lovely, glowing orange color. A bold malt sweetness and subdued carbonation make this feel like a slow sipper and server to emphasize the earthiness and grassiness in the finish. This isnít bad for those who like their beers to be big upon big but I am tending to prefer hoppy styles be more dry and drinkable these days.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Canalís. Pours out an orangy/amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of citrusy hops, rye spice, some light sweet malt notes, pine and some resin. Taste is complex, resiny, oily hops, citrus, orange peel, grainy rye, another punch of bitterness, light white grapefruit, some mild pine and a nice backbone of light, never overpowering rye. Really nice!

(tap) hazy yellow/orange colour with a small white head; aromas of citrus, tropical fruit; big, wonderfully balanced flavour with a long very strong bitter finish; beats many imperial/double IPAs
