Beautiful dark orange color, with a thick foamy head. Great lacing. The bitterness on the tongue is predominant although the beer is tinged with an interesting dryness, I feel like itís a little too one-dimensional for the high IBU. That said, I can see why some people would be really into an uncomplicated hop-loaded IPA, and this works pretty well on those terms. Not my cup of tea but I can respect what they were going for.

On tap at Progressive Field. A favourite style of mine, and this one doesnít disappoint. Gold-amber with a nice white head. Citrus and caramel in the nose. The flavour is more complex, with lemon and pineapple from the hops joined by peppery rye malt. Nice bitterness level.

Bottle: Clear gold with a frothy head. Dry rubber aroma of rye followed by a well balanced hop flavor. Many times, the rye is too strong but this is just right.
