3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a light bubbly hay with no head. Slight yeasty aroma, but you really gotta take a big whiff. Taste is crisp apple and sweet yeast. A bit of bitter hops balances things out without any over skunkiness.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: bright clear gold, with two fingers of bright white head, slowly fading to a cap and leaving nice rings. Aroma: clean grass and hay, with a bit of pepper and the barest whiff of musty basement. Taste: bready but crisp, with flavors of lemon, hay, pepper, a bit of fruit (apple, pear), and some minerality. Finish: crisp and clean, with a light lingering dry bitterness. Notes: Great pils. All notes were perfectly balanced and true to the style. Very enjoyable. Easily up there with the versions from Oskar Blues, Avery, North Coast, and others.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, best by 8/29/2012. Pours a fairly crystal clear golden straw color with a nice 1-2 finger dense white head with very good retention; that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Some good spotty lacing clings to the glass, with a good amount of carbonation streaming up. Aromas of lemon, apple, herbal, grass, bread, floral, and light pepper. Very nice and pleasant aromas with good balance. Taste of lemon, biscuit, pear, floral, pepper, bready grain, and herbal spiciness. Light spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, bread, floral, pepper, and herbal spiciness on the finish for a bit. Very nice balance of flavors with a good amount of flavor as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very nice crisp and clean mouthfeel.. Alcohol is well hidden with almost no warming noticed at all. Overall this is an excellent pilsner. Good flavor robustness and balance; and extremely easy to drink. Highly enjoyable and spot on to style.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Wegmans. Pours clear yellow with a finger of white head that dissipates to a bubble cover quickly. There is plenty of carbonation in the glass. This is a good looking beer. the aroma is nice with a clean, classic pilesner aroma. The taste is crisp as well with a little bit of a hop bite on the finish. Palate is pretty average but on par with pils. Pretty solid offering.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma of floral, apricot, and sourdough bread. Pours blonde with a small head. Taste is a nice balance of floral and yeasty bread. A hint of grass rounds out a great hop profile. Yeast is slightly overbearing but hey, it’s a pilsner.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear orange yelllow with a crisp grassy nose. Slight watery mouthfeel with a pretty sharp crisp bitter aftertaste with just a little bit of lemon rind to it. Good for a Pilsner, which admittedly is not my favorite style

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bright straw-yellow color. Very bubbly, with lots of carbonation. The bubbles are the only thing keeping more than a half-finger of head. You can watch tv through it.
Aroma is sugary Euro malts. Sweet and summery, but with a hint of corn syrup. Some horseblanket and hay.
The flavor is slightly better than macro lager business. It’s not bad, inoffensive, but overly sweet and not very crisp. It’s sugary-sweet. The hop presence is negligible at best. In fact, there really isn’t any hop to speak of.
Feels buttery and soft, but with a fizzy end. Kind of refreshingly effervescent. I would prefer a drier malt, and more of a bittering balance. It’s completely inoffensive, and might be a good beer to bring to a barbcue with non-geeks.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from the Village Beer Merchant. A not true Czech pils. Consistent with many I have had in that realm, it has a bit of cheesy aroma. Slightly cloudy body. Middling mouthfeel. So-so drinkability, with some bitterness.
