Draft @ brewpub. Lovely black with tan head. Graham cracker and subtle smoke make for an enticing aroma. Thick and delicious with great body. Rich cocoa flavors. Can sense, but not taste outright, the sweetness of molasses and juicy peaches. Has the balancing touch of a hint of fruit acidity and a spicy character throughout makes it remarkably complex. Well done!

Near black. Thin head. Rich aroma with intense sugars, wood, breadcrust. Balanced and rich aroma. On the palate, more rich sugars, molasses and wood character. Soft and smooth body. Great balance and depth. Dangerously drinkable, even more so than the regular imperial stout.
