Bottle from Sourcrd Market St Pancras. Black bidy with no head. Loks a bit like cola to be honest. Roasted malt and some juiciness on the aroma. Better in mouth. Some choc flavour in mouth. Tasty enough stout but I cant get away that it looks like cola now. Its fine if a tad watery in the mouth

Bottled. A cola black coloured stout with no head. A weird fruity stout with lots of berry notes. Smoky and sweet in the mouth. Lacking roast. Tasty enough but too sweet.

500ml bottle bought at the Sourced Market, St Pancras. Opaque dark body. Tan coloured head. Sweet dark malts to the nose, with bittering coffee notes. Roasted dark malts in flavour supported by vanilla, liquorice and offset by bittering malts. Fine drinkability (shared with friends at a hotel room in London, 20.03.2011).

Bottle: deep Clear red colour, with à Thin Brown head. Aroma is vanilla, caramelly, dark chocolate and some Thin fruity ending. Flavor had à Thin almoust watery mouth feeling of caramell and dark chocolate , and some roasted Coffee beans.

Bottle, from ASDA Grimsby. Jet black, briefly sustained off-white head and gentle condition. In the nose an initial fruity berry note quickly gives way to bitter chocolate and muted liquorice aromas, mouthfeel starts quite full but with a developing dry powdery chocolate flavour dominating, though some fruitiness and even a faintly woody edge emerges as it warms, finish is dry and short with some lingering bitterness.

500ml bottle. Poured a deep, reddy brown with a small & disappearing, creamy light brown head. Milky chocolate & toffee aromas. Good coffee & chocolate flavours with hints of roasted malt & some red berry tang beneath. Finishes with a dry coffee bitterness. Medium body & fair carbonation for a bottle conditioned English stout with a decent length on the end leading to a smokey, ashy aftertaste.
