Commercial Description:
Glacier Chaser Marzen Lager is reminiscent of a German style Marzen. This Lager was Krausened in the brite tanks and then aged for a natural carbonation. Enjoy this fine lager immediately, let it age. Either way Glacier chaser Lager is a perfect beer for any time of year.

Bottle: A dark copper pour with a thin sandy head. Light bits of sheet lacing. Lots of malts in the aroma, just a little bit of citrus sweet and some faint caramel. The taste is much more floral and even somewhat earthy. The sweetness and citrus is gone. Earthy, rye, malty, and florals. Lingering floral bitters finish. Nice.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours medium amber color, with a thinner off-white head with nice lacing. Nose is sweet malt, spice, hops. Palate is more soft caramel and soft fruit. Nice, but it’s no Ayinger.
