UPDATED: JUN 12, 2011 Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants Beer Festival 2011. A straw yellow coloured beer with a bubbly white head. Grassy hops in the nose together with some sweet elderflower notes. Good grassy bitterness in the mouth with sweet floral notes. Very nice and easy to drink. Score 3.7

On cask at The Townhouse Pub’s 10th Annual Beer Festival, Ely. A blonde ale with a thin white head. Sweet nose with caramel and barley notes. Tastes bitter and dry with some fruity hops in there. Barley and malt flavours with an apple cider quality also. Lingering bitterness.
