Redbrown colour. Low bitterness, Fruity and sweet with a hint of caramel. Wheat? Palate is too thin - cola-like

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Copper gold. Spicy hair oil aroma and strong, spicy taste like one of those Christmassy biscuits nobody likes. A little dryness. Different. Drinkable.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt and citrus. Sour and light bitter finish.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Heavy malty light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average nice bitter finish. Watery palate. Special nice brew.

Bottle. Clear ruby colour with a small beige head. Aroma and taste of coffee, malts and dark fruits. Nice mouthfeel. Good beer.

Cask at Pig’s Ear BF 2007.
Smoky, dry beer, rather light and watery. but it has a nice mouth feel and a fine finish. Would probably be better as a summer beer IMHO.
