On tap. Amber brown color with thin beige head. Aroma had a little bubblegum with clove and banana. Flavor was a bit of raisin and clove with a hint of bitterness in the flavor. Not bad.

1/7/12. On tap next door to the brewery. Hazy brown pour with a small khaki head. Sweet aroma with candy sugar, caramel, malt, and yeast. The flavor is dead on that as well. Tasty!

On tap, Great River. Two toned brown-orange with a small light brown head. Very light aroma - some toffee and lightly roasted pecans is all I could pick up. Mildly sweet, mildly bitter flavor is heavy with grainy notes, toast and gingerbread. Very watery palate, yet highly carbonated. Disappointing.

On tap @ Great River Iowa City. Dark red amber appearance. Fairly subtle darkish Belgian ale aroma. Slightly spicy, possibly light candy sugar Belgian ale flavor.
