COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special brew made for Cinco de Mayo, the Dos Pistolas Negra is a Mexican-style Dark Lager that is light, crisp, and smooth with just a hint of caramel. This brew also goes great with a lime!

One of the prettiest beers I've ever seen...very pretty clear amber cola color...that's where it should stay in the glass...not good cause it offers the partaker nothing in the way of aroma, taste flavor aftertaste etcetcetc...who's excited about cracking one of these open? Just another less than average great river offering... We need more from you...the 12 oz can though was really innovative on their part...( thx cheesymax) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Brown and clear appearance with minimal head. Mild aroma of dark sweet malts, light fruits and a touch of toffee/caramel. Similar flavor, easy to drink, kind of refreshing.

Pours a dark clear amber brown with small, short-lived head and minor lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted bready malts. Taste is light overall, sweet light caramel malts. Palate is thin and a bit watery, but not overly dry and decently carbonated. Really easy drinking, but nothing outstanding.

Can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear, dark brown with minimal head. Aroma of coco, a little fruit and some grain. Taste is light bitter. Grains with citrus and coco. Light bodied with a thin texture. Soft carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, pretty good. Drinkable, light and refreshing. Nothing super special but still very enjoyable.

12oz can pours a cola brown with some cloudy, white head. Nose has some stale bread, wheat, some cream soda. Flavor is lightly malty, bread crust, cola. Weird finish, cloying.

12 oz can. 4.8%. From Iowa. ¡Gracias a John M!
Coke coloured brew with a small white light tan head. The aroma is very weak. Maybe a hint of malt... maybe not? The flavour is also... missing. It’s very lagery all the way. Some mild sweetness. Bad. The beer needs a flavour.
