Bottle pour. Clean gold. White head. Very floral nose with a little lemon. Hibiscus donuts. Sweet smelling. Taste follows. Light body, medium sweet. Pale malts. Fairly yeasty. Too sweet to become a staple.

Fairway, Harlem sixpack: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus with some bready yeast and a hint of caramelized sugar. Taste is similar. Nice and bready it seemed at a point. Hops are a nice little touch. Slightly sweet. Good session.

Draft at Shorty’s NYC. Pours a blonde see through looking yellow with no head. Taste is crisp and easy to drink but kind of boring. A pretty good session

A spicy, fairly crisp, and very fruity rendition - a lot of apricot character in the nose and flavor - medium dry, crackery malt throughout - well done, with just enough to make it distinct without breaking style guidelines.

Good fruit beer and I am not a huge fan of them. It might not be my first GSB choice but i don’t mind having it either. Lots of apricot in the nose, clean refreshing beer.

Approximately 2 ounce sample at the Brewery tasting room in Bay Shore, New York. The pour is a lightly hazed yellow golden. The aroma has some fruit sweetness, a bit of lemon citrus and also has buttery diacetyl. The taste has more sweetness than I was expecting, sort of a general fruit and malt sweet, overpowering the citrus from the nose, and the butter is also present - this note lingers some. The palate is light bodied, decent carbonation.

Light and sweet with a little lemon. Its trying to be a good sessionable beer and it succeeds. Great choice for introducing new people to good, local beer on Long Island.
