COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This new cask IPA is a touch darker than our previous IPA’s. Made with Sovereign and Horizon hops, this flavorful brew promotes lots of floral and spicy notes on the nose and palate. A strong back bone of bittering hops are contrasted by light caramel and slightly roasted malts. O.G. 14.7P

Tap at the brewpub. Amber pour with a white head. Spicy hops and bready malts. Better than most of their stuff.

Cask at the brewpub. Bready aroma. Pours cascading like a Guiness. Hops are rather subdued, not surprising for a cask though perhaps more so than I’d expect for an iPA. Breadiness in the palate. Tastes more like an English ESB than an IPA. Smooth and creamy with a lasting, thick creamy off white head. Good.
