A 3yr old sour ale blended and aged with a newer Belgian brune.

Winterfest 2012, pour was dark brownish red with off white head. Aroma brought notes of big balsamic, tart cherries, hints of red apple vinegar with a touch of toastiness. Taste was big tart vinegar notes, slight caramel and green apple, but lots of vinegar again with a slight funk.

Winterfest, 2012. Brown color and very low carbonation. Sour with balsamic in the aroma and flavor, as well as Belgian yeast. Some cherry flavor.
