Dark Brown Color with No Head. Belgian yeast and Coriander Notes. Nice Malt Foundation With All The Usual ’Players’...Yeast, Spices, Notably Coriander and a Light Dry Wheat Finish. A Nice Witbier.

A very one-off brewing by the new brewmaster. Nearly a black color with no head. A little banana aroma with the expected hit of wheat. Heavy malt and wheat base that is nicely spiced with corriander, cinnamon and finished with just a pinch of wheat. I’m typically not a fan of wheats, especial Belgian wheats, but I sure hope this finds its way back to the taps.
