MoreHead (355), Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA Jan 22, 2007 chocolate and malt, smooth on the tongue. this was an enoyable brown ale, but very safe as most of the other beers seem to be.

Hands down the best beer they had.
This is not a brown though. It’s a porter, but a very good porter, chocolate, roasted malt, coffee. Dark Brown, Full body. BückDich (4540), Boise, Idaho, USA Oct 4, 2007 Draft @ Brewpub: Very dark brown, nice head and lacing. Nose of nutty sweet caramel and nutella, chewy sweet raisin and a bit of cocoa and smoke. Licorice and cheddar, nice robust brown ale, I like. tennisjoel (725), Shakopee, Minnesota, USA Sep 10, 2007 Typical brown ale, although something a bit off in the flavor. Slightly harsh and medicinal. More flavor than some other brown ales. In this case that is not a good thing. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 06/23/2007

yespr (6361), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 30, 2007 Sample from tap and cask at the brewpub. Pours dark brown with brown head. Aroma is roasted malt. Flavour has the same, with mild sweetness to it and some bitterness in the finish. Decent brown ale, nothing wrong but not special either. Solid brew. Cask adds a bit of citric notes otherwise it doesn’t gain or loose by the cask.
