COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our hoppy winter seasonal made with plenty of Chinook and Summit Dwarf hops which balance nicely with Golden Promise barley in this strong amber ale.

O.G. 14.6P, 70 IBU’S, 6.5% ABV

Cask. Dark reddish/brown color with a medium head. Floral and quite vegetal aroma. Strong barley and biscuity taste, especially as it sat around longer. Quite bitter, lightly floral. I swear I taste onion, but that could be the power of suggestion, as I am certain Summit was the hop variety I recently read about showing up as onion or garlic to certain people.
