A Belgian blonde ale perfect for summer’s fade into autumn. Sovereign hops give a nice floral aroma while the Belgian Ardennes yeast provide slightly fruity and spicy notes for a subtle finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear light gold pour with a very small white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast and light fruit (maybe apple). Taste is about the same as aroma. Very nice tasting brew. One of the better ones I’ve had from this place in a while.
