Skyview (4880) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - DEC 28, 2007

Sampled during ABR ’07 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a medium amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of some caramel and bready malt with a touch of grapefruit zest and pine. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with a dry caramel malt flavor with a touch of grapefruit zest. Finish is bitter in texture and character but not as overpowering as the previous Flying Puck IPA at ABR 07.

ABR 2007. Nice hoppy aroma. Light brown color. Decent citrus hop flavor.

Had this at ABR, right after the other IPA they had. Very very similar, nothing to great. This was high in the IBU’s but wasnt overally hoppy or bitter. Again, not super great on cask. Not bad overall
