This is the last in our series of Belgian Blonde Ales. To celebrate Head Brewer Chad’s recent nuptials with his beautiful bride, Molly, he created this brew for the occasion. He added 65 pounds of Basswood/Wildflower honey from the Bar Bell Bee Ranch in Squaw Lake, MN. The honey adds a slight minty flavor to the beer, which blends nicely with the spiciness of the yeast and light bitterness of the hops.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear light golden pour with a white head. Honey sweetness, grain, and little else. Just okay.
