Tastes like another average lager. Better than the black label at the Cambie here, but not really worth the extra $2 for a pitcher though. Pours blond.

Tap at Calgary International Beer Fest. Pours clear gold with a medium, creamy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is biscuit and cracker malt, light butter, spicy hops, and apple esters. Flavor is malt with light hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

On tap at gargoyles. Bleached straw colour with minimal, hobo-jizz cap. As this beer is poured from a pitcher, I smell puke. Actual puke, from a gluttonous buttered pasta feast. The high carbonation doesn't help the wet malt taste. This is pretty awful.

Blond color, with creamy head (nitro-like). Remarkable for the near-absence of aroma and flavor, very water like; smooth.

355 ml can from a friend. Pours bright golden, with decent white head. Small floaties. Highly carbonated. Kinda like Molson Ex.

As a pale lager, this is half decent. Better than most out there, I think. As an American Pale Ale, this is complete garbage. Completely and absolutely miscategorized. If you can ignore the label and drink this in the right setting, you might enjoy it.

Great Product and the best by the brewhouse company. A very clean smooth lager. Really like surprising this one on people who love good clean lagers but want to try something different from there go to beer.

Quite a good pale ale. Nice blond appearance, but very bad and short time head. Nice light taste, not to bitter, perfect for a summer day...

Pours with micro CO2, tastes of sweet malts. Rough finish on the palate. Average at best.

I think of a pale lager when I drink this...not pale ale, so I will rate it as such. Faint aroma of grains...sweet toasty grains up front with a mild bitter finish. Pretty good.
